Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in onboarding so I deal with new joiners from their point of offer till their start date. I make sure that their contract, visa application if required are all sorted out. I also drive engagement with the new joiners as start dates are normally a year in advance.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the work that I do as it is really engaging and challenges me in a healthy way. My team are a joy to work with as we have striked up a good balance between work and social. The company culture is perfect and I have felt comfortable throughout my time at Accenture.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt a lot of skills when joining the apprenticeship. As I worked in retail before, I had a lot of transferrable skills that I was able to develop. I also have access to internal training courses that allow me to upskill and help me gain qualifications to progress within the business.

Always be yourself and dont panic as Accenture is a very understanding business and value authenticity alongside the normal criteria being assessed.
