Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I assist the management accountant with the month end process. Complete composites, balance sheet recs, standard journals as well as other adhoc tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have mixed reviews of the enjoyment of this course so far. There is little in the way of interaction and a lot of what is on the course seems to be common sense so the amount i learn in the 4 hour call once a month could easily be condensed into an hour or two.

I have learnt a few new skills and more about myself since doing the course.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I don't think the course is well structured, we seem to get a flurry of emails with things that need doing rather than a structured plan or to do list for each module. I think a full list of tasks that need doing that we could go in and tick off as and when complete would be an easier way of keeping on top of tasks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My boss is supportive of my course and allows me to complete tasks when needed.

I think it is very hard to get support on things in between calls.
