Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

working along side sub contractors and ensuring work are carried out correctly. we then record anything which is unknown to drawings such as gas water and electric. Support the team on what's going on site and ensuring everyone is up to date on the progress thats taken place.

well structed programme which is good for development but side things the company has apprentices doing should be away from university and college as it disruptive end of the day they expect us to catch up and its unfair when certain students already struggle without missing days

really supportive when i need something except when organising apprentice events which are very disruptive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Minimal as university is very much pout on the student to work things out as long as they are provided the content.

provides me with prior knowledge but feel it lacks real world application and site actually supports the learning not the other way round
