It has been an exciting program so far. I enjoy every day thanks to the variety of tasks related to my role. No day is equal to another, which makes it exciting.

I have had the opportunity to learn about several digital tools and technical expressions relevant to engineering.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is pretty well structured, and I usually follow a schedule delivered by the apprenticeship provider to attend learning sessions. While I am on the job, I hold conversations consistently with my line manager, who checks up on my progress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive solid support and mentoring. My employer demonstrates a high interest in my progress and how I can develop a feeling of belonging and well-being.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I hold consistent meetings with coaches. I feel that the program is well structured, primarily focused on supporting me during my studies not to fail but to achieve my goals.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The program encompasses other aspects of the business crucial to understanding the different areas within an organization and how I can use my new set of acquired skills where these are required.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Social engagement is an integral part of the business, and there is even a department focused on these aspects. Which I think do an excellent job in this matter.
