Yeh I am continously learning and have a huge wide range of training tools available to me.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organized once the programme gets rolling, it is a bit chaotic at the start but once your on the programme and know exactly what your doing by 6 months you are flying and loving the whole experience and networking. I really do love the company and programme.
