UCEM lacks organisation and is overbearing in its requests from students (off-the-job training diaries, for example, whose requirements changed so frequently and are clearly never looked at by the Uni anyway).

At entry level they are looking more for the person than the experience or qualifications so be personable and friendly and it will go a long way.
