To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoying managing a team and working along side others. I find it very enjoyable when we reach our goals and targets as this motivates us to work harder and excel within our careers.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed existing skills as I have managed a team before and dealing with different scenarios on a day to day basis. I have also developed a new skill which is managing projects as I have never managed such a large project before which has been exciting!

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is structured in the sense we all know what we are doing, at the beginning when I started there was not much man power and there was a lot to do on the project however we managed and got it completed which is redeeming!
How much support do you receive from your employer?

When I need any questions answered etc, my employer is helpful. I always take notes to ensure I do not need to go back to them regarding the same q's etc.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Kaplan was slow in setting up as my other employee who started later than me received all his books etc even though we both provided the same information etc. However after that Kaplan has been great with any questions/materials/queries I have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel as though the time of length to action a course is great and we also get a 3 month extension for free if required which is helpful as I am currently moving home so knowing this has been great.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There was a BBQ recently that took place and meetings etc which happen abroad however none which I have attended.
