The structure of the programme is very well introduced.
There is:
- Great support for university.

- Great introduction to the wider business and team
To improve:
- Provide a designated person for day-to-day training
- More exposure to live projects from the start.

5/5
Support is really important within the company. Colleagues make you feel very welcome and are friendly to allow you to approach them for support.
The HR team are great when you have an issue.
My appointed mentor is always there for help when needed.
My line manager always provides support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
There is never ending support from the training provider. I have a designated apprenticeship outcomes officer who reaches out for support with any issues etc. The tutors are easily accessible for help.
- The university work can be a lot to manage whilst working full time.
- Great guidance from previous apprentices.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
There are modules that gain you knowledge and an understanding of the work you complete within practice. There are times where you will put the theory into practice and will notice this. I haven't completed university yet but believe i will learn more about my role from university learning.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Despite that we are slowly recovering from the pandemic and things are starting to get back to normal there have been many social company events so far and continue to do so.
- There is a social once a month
- There are communities you can get involved in
- Christmas, easter events
