I have significantly developed my writing skills and attention to detail. I am constantly double checking and triple checking emails, papers and presentations that I am responsible for to ensure I am working to my best ability at all times.

The programme is very organised and has been very well organised from the start, even through the heights of Covid-19 and changes to the team due to furlough they have been great.

4/5
I have been fully supported throughout my programme and have been allowed Friday afternoons to use as study time away from the office, which has allowed me the time to research and write all of my assignments.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My training provider and tutor was always on time, had good recommendations, was responsive and offered support wherever possible.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I have learnt so much from Haddon and the course that I've been on, as the course was so varied and allowed me to be able to select units that were more applicable to my day-to-day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There is a Health & Wellbeing Committee at the Trust who put together a number of activities for Trust members, from walking groups, to Army Reservist days.
