Supporting HR data systems. Maintaining core data and providing 1st line support. Represent colleagues at forums and provide support for consultations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the learning and how CIPD Avado learning courses were made accessible. Avado cohorts and recorded videos were extremely helpful.

Provided me with a sound understanding of HR procedures. Provided extensive knowledge that supports me in my representative capacity.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Due to covid-19, i had to pause my learning. Once I restarted, I had major issues being assigned to the right cohorts. Ultimately delaying me completing my course by nearly a year. Extremely frustrating. This was the only issue i had, everything else went fine. I would have scored this a high 8 / 9, as the course was well structured, unfortunately, this one incident really impacted the score. Sorry.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager. team leader & Director were fantastic and extremely supportive. However, I didn't receive much / any support from the Apprenticeship team.
