Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Assisting with the planning of works, visiting various sites daily to ensure everything is running smoothly and solving any on-site issues and queries to avoid delays or inconveniences
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Very much, I think that most of the time some of the things that I've learnt throughout my uni degree don't necessarily apply to many of the practices seen in real life, although when this does happen it is very rewarding

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Well organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
A good amount of assistance
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
A decent amount
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It definitely provokes thinking of a certain level and keeps my brain sharp however due to the Civil Engineering degree being such a broad subject most of the modules studied either don't apply whatsoever or very little. There have been some instances where the degree has been very advantageous however this is not very frequent.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes there has been a number of networking and social event to get involved with
