Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role at Ceva involves ensuring that all of our delvieries via a fleet of vans an artics are completed in full and on time daily, we plan day 1 for day 2 giving us time to plan correctly to ensure all routes are achievable within the drivers working hours.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed the course, at times this can be challanging to fit in to my already hetic week but Linden have been fantastic at making arrangements to move around appointments, creating one to one appointments and catch up sessions. I really enjoy speaking to the the rest of the candidates on the course too.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The main reason for choosing my course was to gain skills dealing with conflict correctly, I work as a lone female in an industry dominated by males. Communicatign correctly with the drivers allows them to talk back to me with the respect that i give to them, i feel like this has massivly improved since starting the course
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the end of each session we always speak about the following session and what we are expected to do and learn - workbook/text books are always sent out in advance for us to learn from. All our resource/work is available online for us to access whenever required from any PC.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer recommend the course to me as they believed it would be beneficial to my daily work. Ceva logistics have made time for me to catch up and learn whenever required. My transport manager is mentoring me continuously and giving praise when required. Criticism also on area that require development
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Linden have been great, I did not complete my GCSES whilst in high school so I was required to complete Math's and English to enroll on my apprenticeship. They provided additional support on areas where i needed further support for example areas/equasions and with stucture within my english
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The supervisor qualification is providing me with additional skills on how to manage finance which is now becoming part of my role. managing conflict and various day to day issues that arise. Forward planning around busy holiday periods and communication skills such as the tone of my voice and how i present myself whist talking
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I've been with Ceva for 9 years but only one team building event has been made available for us to attend, whilst i did not attend this was a activity day with inflatables and competitions to get involved with, the photos and videos that followed looked like everyone had a great time.
