We also get queries about many different things from colleagues and we need to source the answer or at least point them in the right direction within the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have also learnt a lot about different aspects of HR e.g. maternity leave

How well organised/structured is your programme?
How much support do you receive from your employer?
I take one full day a week to complete my apprenticeship work and to ensure I am on track with any research projects, assignments, presentations etc that I have outstanding.
If I ever need to ask a question there is always someone I feel like I can approach.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
They also plan in tripartite reviews with myself, my manager and the tutor to talk about any concerns and work I have upcoming etc.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
For example, I had never been involved with policies or procedures until this role where we need to ask to make amendments etc to help with the colleague experience and by doing an employment law assignment this has helped me understand this better.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
