Day to day I support my team on key campaigns and current initiatives, collaborating cross function and with external agencies.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I had the opportunity to attend external events, represent my team on customer shoots, and lead projects , all with the support and guidance of my team.

My time at Sage has been invaluable to my development. A key skill I have learnt is to effectively analyse competitor activity and communicate insights clearly to my team. Improving both my presentation skills and ability to articulate findings in a digestible and actionable format.

I was supported by my manager, mentors, and a Sage buddy who shared her graduate experience. The team was always eager to help and involve me in projects.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was positive and well-maintained through regular team meetings, monthly check-ins with the wider team, and a week long offsite with my global team that brought everyone together.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sage. The Early Careers team actively encouraged socialising and organised events to help new joiners connect, especially valuable for those who had relocated for the role.
