Leading and working on cost saving and efficiency project within the UK&I Ground and Rail business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Doing the course with different people around the business was enjoyable but the course content was fairly basic so was not as challenging as I'd hoped for.

At the start of the course the expectations and requirements could have been more clearly explained. The portal was not user friendly and has not much help.

I didn't need much help but I received the help I needed when asked for.

Yes
Why?
There are a wide variety of roles with logistics in general and CEVA is no different. From my experience, CEVA is a supportive and inclusive company to work for.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CEVA Logistics?
Always ask questions no matter how simple they may seem, think critically but constructively, hard work always pays off.
