I am responsible for the overall planning and and long term efficiency of the TUI Group Pilot and Cabin Crew Training. This includes budget management, procurement of facilities, people management of a medium size team and process review.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed the course but the timing of assignments has been very difficult

Average - deadlines are not spaced out, timetables are not produced with adequate notice, lecturers do not always know background of students.
CASE are helpful and support has be good but not forthcoming
