Clear schedule of formal training and self learning, as well as assignments. good support.

manager is good about allowing time, looking for pieces of work that align, and setting me up for success
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

good - easily available, steer on assignments and good feedback, with a good cohort to also help. tutor is very supportive. sometimes the workshops and assignments don't always match up
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is helping me put theory into practice- considering best practice and the latest research for Senior HR practionners - eg around people analytics. i've used this to feed into board papers etc
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes - we have lots of virtual inclusion and well-being events and are encouraged to also attend CIPD networking and webinars etc
