Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a business support administrator and my role involves providing my team with administrative support. I am responsible for 2 Leaders diaries and organise meetings and take minutes and actions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my work a lot. My manager and team are very supportive.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Throughout my apprenticeship journey I have developed my skills and learnt new ones. I have taken part in internal training sessions and have 1-2-1 catch ups with my manager regularly where I am able to ask questions and also be taught different skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The training provider is not great, there is not as much support provided as I would expect. There is a lot of self learning rather than the trainer teaching/ explaining modules.
My organisation is very organised in providing time for apprenticeship work to be carried out and offers a lot of support with meeting deadlines or trying to explain tasks which the trainer provider may not have.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a large amount of support from my employer my manager and other managers within my team are very helpful. Offer advice or support with tasks and always have a positive attitude with helping me which is really supportive
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not that much, we only have monthly meetings just to check if we have done the module tasks. There has been various times we are told last minute about changes in the run up to our end point assessment which is not helpful. There is no communication between the apprenticeship provider and the organisation.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have been able to learn some new skills which help me in my role, some techniques help tasks to be slightly easier
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, my organisation has various networks you can be involved with. They have a gym and also virtual classes you can join.
