Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

you do a bit of everything, admin, serving, on the phone, replying to emails overall its a pleasant job, can be very stressful at time and be prepared for horrible customers, but for every nasty you'll get 100 lovely ones. once you learn it you never really forget it, and all the staff are lovely.

ive learnt how to do many things while ive been at tui, especially in the bureau with different currency and how to bank everything.

very organised you have your area manger on the phone most of the time to check everything going smoothly if your not sure on anything we all call up different shops to ask fro help and there all lovely.

a lot of support like i said previously we all are one big team and all help each other.

i have my own trainer and shes lovely theres never any judgement and people are always happy to help you.
