I have definitely learnt new skills since starting with TUI. I have learnt a lot about customer service and have learnt a lot about new countries and popular resorts.

My programme is really well structured. Everything is online and all of it makes sense. My coach helps me a lot

I receive a lot of help from my employer. She checks up on me to make sure I'm okay and on the right track

I receive a lot of help from my training provider. My coach is amazing. I'm always texting her on teams with lots of questions and she is very helpful.

Be yourself. Show your bubbly personality through your work. Be honest and know that this is what you want to do.
