Opening up the club making sure that everything's up to standard for the customers throughout the day, ensuring cleanliness and safety within the spa.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my Apprenticeship. I have learnt so much here physically working and learning than i would at a college. My team members and manager help me when i need it and i shadow a lot of classes and programmes.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have definitely developed my customer service skills as well as learning all about the fitness industry within a professional setting.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have contact with Lifetime when i complete each module. They have been very helpful. I am also grateful that if i need help there is always someone there to help me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have more contact within my department LivingWell but Hilton fully support all apprentices and i appreciate being given the opportunity.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

This has been my first job and i feel its been a great first step to my future.

I attend the Gym and use the Pool when i can either before or after work or when i am off.

I feel they are a great organization to work for and no there is always someone to turn to if i need anything especially within my team.
