Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

So monthly updates between a planner, project manager on different projects that needs to be updated or any risks with the project that the time is going to plan or if any changes PM's, planners will speak about the issues and put a final date into OPC. After the update meeting with the PM. We download the project to excel format and it will update the report it's self and then need check if the dates are matching before we send them.

Loving every single day of it and learning allot new skills thanks to my mentor, kind warm welcome to the company this help me feel comfortable to work within such a great team at Severn Trent PMO

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

went on a change management training course, learnt how to spot risk within a project or program and how to request a change request on the STW website. There allot new skills iv learnt within the time spent at Severn Trent getting grips of OPC which is the program for monthly updates on.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program itself is very good and structured great and easy to use, for the planners to use too. The apprentaship itself is very good and clear, what needs to be done.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive allot of support during this apprentaship and support my mentor gives me to help me with the planning on OPC is amazing there always making sure i have everything i need to achieve the full potential , be there for me whenever i get stuck or worried.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
