Very Well! :)

More than enough. Balfours put a lot of pressure on line managers and stress the importance of making sure all support is there when needed by apprentices
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
As much as any university would support there students. My uni (UCLAN) in particular are excellent when it comes to extra support/guidance.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Within the first 3 years of uni, not a lot to be honest. The modules we did in uni didn't really relate to my job on site as a QS. It's only this year (my 4th year) where I've been able to take a lot of information and knowledge from uni and implement in work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, Balfour Beatty emerging talent team carry out a lot of activities which are aimed at apprentices and graduates.
