The programme is very well organised, it has various different opportunities to learn new skills and meet people in the same position to help with advice, by creating challenges to work as a team to complete.

The qualifications side of the apprenticeship feels very detached from the work, people are there if you need to ask for assistance, however they seem very sperate.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The university degree is mainly based around housing so a lot is not relevant to civils. The methods taught at university also do not reflect a lot of how it works on site.
