I am currently acting as a site engineer working on earthworks for the HS2 project, this involves setting out, surveying, service avoidance and many more tasks
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme is really enjoyable and enaging.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills including how to use multiple pieces of kit and software including AutoCAD, a Trimble GPS, and many more. I have also learnt a lot more about construction as a whole.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well structed and has designated apprenticeship coordinators to ensure this is continuous, they also keep us engaged in the community and on courses.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a good amount of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Solihull college provided a lot of help towards my qualifications, we have frequent reviews to ensure this too.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification and role link in many ways therefore i am able to use my practises from college at work.
