I thoroughly enjoy the program, it allows me flexibility to study alongside my day to day work

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is structured well, however there are pats of the course program that haven't occurred, mainly due to the disruption caused by the pandemic
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Great support as and when I need it, however balancing the demanding work load for my role plus the studying continues to be a challenge

As I am still undergoing the course, I am motivated to achive the award to conclusion for personal career development. I find that I incorporate what I am learning into my role as a General Manager
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are but I live 2 hours drive away from my work location, so am not reasonably able to participate in them

Why?
They are a great company to work for, I have worked for Elior for many years and have found them to be a responsible employer overall compared to others in the industry
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Elior?
In that if they wanted to progress, as long as they have an "open minded" manager, they will be able to progress well
