Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Dealing with my client group in London to help them get the leaning and development they need to achieve their roles and aspirations. Helping with Content creation, training certain courses and being a trusted advisor.
I do adhoc projects too which allow me to be creative with technology and hold vitual training.
The coaching course has allowed me to use coaching a little in my role to be more questioning although its early days in the course yet.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Love it, well paced, tutors are knowledgable and informative. The portal is very handy and enjoy the content and my cohort . Enjoying the essays and looking forward to holding a coaching session in the business as the benefits to the business will be many.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, i have learnt more about emotional intelligence, as well as questioning techniques and Transacting with people which all help my job role when speaking to y client group.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

so far the structure has been great and taking it one step at a time - it was well set out from teh begining with all dates given from the start which helps calendar planning. We also have the portal which helps with any assignments we have. The tutor is helpful and available on email or phone.
There was only one class that had a little repetition in it but they are since changing that day for the next cohort so there is no doubling up of theories.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Alot, i am abale to manage my time so can take time out to complete the course and to do the work. I am also able to discuss the course with other colleagues who have gone through a similar programme. i have 1-2-1's with my manager about the course monthly to see where i am with it.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Tutor is available on email or phone when or if i need. she is also good at giving us the time to complete the work and is helpful anf flexible to circumstances

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I use parts of it everyday when speaking with people, coaching is something that helps with most conversations around learning as its trying to get the best out of people.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes i could join the sustainability group who often do charity work. I could be a springboard ambassador to help the industry reputation. There could be more in this area however i would not be interested in it too much as im field based.
