Provide effective and appropriate managerial leadership within the Head & Neck
Directorate;
 Responsive and proactive daily management of services;
 Support the delivery of waiting time & access targets set by the Trust and nationally;
 Support the delivery of safe and quality care to those accessing and receiving service
within the Trust.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the programme so far the learning is manageable the content is interesting with varied resources and learning methods. The trainers are engaging and friendly.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learned about self awareness and emotional intelligence and the recognising my own leadership styles and how to adapt my style to suit the team/ situation.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well organised and structured. Our trainer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is always on hand for support
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer allows me to take ownership of my learning to ensure I manage my time effectively. Any problems my manager would support me with any concerns.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The provider are very supportive and on hand to help to offer solutions to any training obstacles. Ben is very positive and encouraging.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I'm still early on in the course but have used leadership techniques and general consideration to self awareness and EQ in the workplace.
