Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in the clinical governance department for doctors in NHSP as an apprentice. I speak regularly with doctors regarding their revalidations and appraisals. I notify them of upcoming revalidations and check through their documents. I also arrange calls with doctors to talk them through the revalidation and appraisal processes. I also look at the number of doctors connecting to NHSP and instruct them of how to connect to NHSP and once they connect I send them their welcome email and ask them to complete forms and return them to me so I can input their appraisal dates and on our system.
