Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a daily basis, some of my roles and responsibilities include, taking minutes, diary management, organising and scheduling training, proof reading, attending meetings, organising meetings, planning events, completing apprentice work, working as a team, working individually, ensuring my emails are organised and sending regular emails when necessary
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme. I learn new skills and my tutor is very helpful

Minute taking, project management, diary management, using MS Teams, using SharePoint

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised. I have one day a week to focus on my apprentice work and can communicate regularly with my tutor

I receive a lot of support and I am always able to ask questions if I am unsure
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive plenty of support. I can email whenever I am struggling and my tutor is quick to respond, and I meet with my tutor regularly to discuss my progress and future modules.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This qualification has helped me to perform better in my role, learn new skills and hopefully give me the skills required to be able to get a permanent role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I am involved in a variety of voluntary work which helps increase my exposure to my work and meet new people
