Posting accounting journals, doing balance sheets, raising invoices and other ad hoc tasks which need to be undertaken in the role.

Clear structure and well organised with lots of support, from both a studying point of view and professionally.

Lots of support from both my employer and training provider.
All departments play a part in the apprenticeship from HR and the early talent to our individual mentors and buddies.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support - really good course notes.
Tutor is always on hand to answer any questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

First intuition deliver regular skills sessions to help to develop skills like leadership and team work. These transferable skills allow me to perform to the best of my ability in the role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Regular team meetings, volunteering in the local community and themed weeks in the office to develop learning (such as how to have an active healthy lifestyle).
TUI also offer experience day to staff to make use of the services we deliver to customers.
