Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Collating agenda lists for weekly meetings.
Attending weekly meetings and writing minutes.
Editing and adding data to excel spreadsheets.
Creating presentations for specific events.
Emailing businesses and consumers.
Completing apprenticeship worksheets.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
A huge focus on emotional intelligence, mental well being, inclusion and diversity, sessions have been very thought provoking.
Developed my knowledge of how to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Gained a better understanding of data protection, GDPR and call verification processes.
Improved time management and prioritising tasks.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
The apprenticeship coursework could be structured better. A lot of the worksheets are generic and not tailored to my specific role so sometimes does not apply to me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
I am happy to approach colleagues of all levels for advice or help that I need.
We have different members in each of our network groups introduce themselves every week.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
She gives good advice, explains things in a clear and concise way and is very approachable.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
For example there was a sheet on budgeting, this was something I did not do within my role, I spoke with my manager and now I help manage the budget for staff engagement.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
I plan to get more involved once we are back in the office.
