I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme.
Whilst the role of Business Analyst is a very different area of work, it is clear that the theoretical knowledge and skills I have gained can be applied to interim digital role and this is really satisfying and rewarding.

I have received support from my employer with regards time to do the course and support from my line manager who has engaged in the joint meetings when required.

The training provider has given excellent support particularly the progress management coordinator who has been extremely helpful and supported use of the only line portfolio.

The theoretical knowledge and skills learnt will enhance my ability to manage projects in future. It provides transferrable skills which will enhance my interim role and work towards evidencing the need for it to become a permanent role following successful out comes related to service change and digital adoption.

Why?
They are a supportive organisation who put staff wellbeing at the centre, by doing so they are able to have excellent, well motivated staff to provide high quality services.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
Look at their strategy including HR and OD policies and approach. Consider whether your own values align with those of the Trust.
