- Onboarding, contracts of employment, job changes, CV Screening, pre-employment checks
- System administration on Honda's internal system
- Leaver administration, organise exit surveys
- Headcount reporting and analysis
- Long Service Awards administration
- Employee Benefits - Pension, Private Healthcare, Car Schemes

Yes, definitely! I've built on my communication, team-work, Microsoft Office, general confidence, and attention to detail! The placement has also been really helpful in linking to my university course.

As much as I needed - regular meetings were set up with my manager where they ensured I was getting on OK and was enjoying the placement.
