Daily, I will join calls and meetings with either my career counsellor, my team, project, line manager or another apprentice. I carry out work that depends on my current role, this will involve creating spreadsheets, testing, working with contracts, and any other type of documents, i enjoy working at accenture.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

As i have learnt so much ive enjoyed the apprenticeship programme alot, they provide help and support and ensure we work hard and learn alot, this involves creating spreadsheets, testing, working with contracts, and any other type of documents, microsoft word, powerpoint, excel etc. It has been a good place to meet loads of people.

I have gained many different skills whilst working at accenture, this involves creating spreadsheets, testing, working with contracts, and any other type of documents, microsoft word, powerpoint, excel and i have also learnt testing and different types of softwares and systems. Every project ive joined i have learnt something new.

The structure is fairly good, everyone has a different level and everyone has the opportunity to work hard and exceed their level yearly or every other year, this is good as it gives every one something to work for and strive for. This has helped me focus as I strive for this.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get support from a variety of people: colleagues, apprentices, people in other years, different levels, line manager, head of apprentices, career counsellor or i have weekly or bi weekly calls with to discuss my current situations, any reviews I get we talk about, we have a people advisor we can go to

The word is a lot but it is worth it because we have many things to strive for, every monday we attend university and a couple times a year we have a block module which consist of us taking time off work for two weeks to constantly work on a new topic

There are many social events and community group and sports teams, the networking is good and very important within accenture, the people at accenture are friendly and they make sure we understand the importance of networking and attending events there is also side of desk opportunities work you do outside of your role

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
Working hard is crucial, networking and attending the events are very important to meet new people this is the most important because meeting new people allows you to get new opportunities such as future roles and projects, getting your name out there in the company is important, this is the advice i would give
