Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am currently involved with the NHSMail project where I am the 2nd/3rd line of support for NHSMail users. I am currently in the process of automating certain tasks and resolutions for users.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Accenture, I have always been made to feel welcome and given actual responsibility. At times it has been hard to balance uni-work with my regular job role.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to work in a professional environment and how to develop an application in a secure environment

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme organisation has been good for the most part however due to my uni group being the first on a new course and COVID-19, this year has been a bit up in the air.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We receive support from a variety of different people - we have career counsellors to help us decide where we want to end up, the Accenture apprentice staff for general life/apprentice help and then the college staff for uni related help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We attend uni once a week for 8 hours.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

What we are taught in uni is directly applicable to my job role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are nearly daily events/activities to attend even while we are working remote.
