I assist the dentist through the day to give good quality care to patients.
I make sure the environment is thoroughly clean and safe to work in making patients feel comofortable and safe in there appointment.

My tutor is easy to reach and is always on hand to help/guide me during the program, whether its revision sessions, workbook queries or work in general

I receive support from my employer by having appraisals which we speak about the work environment and how I am doing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have recieved support from my training provider throughout my course. She has been great! Always there to listen and guide me through the program.
She has also boosted my confidence in allowing myself to feel comfortable in what I am doing
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With all the resources and practical work it all corresponds with each other, and by doing it daily you begin to learn more about a certain role

Why?
Even though it's a busy role to work in, you meet many wonderful people that are greatful for the care you provide. Everyone is very hard working and it shows
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
Never feel like you are not appreciated. Working for the NHS is a very busy role and sometimes it does feel hard. But always remember that your responsibility and role is greatly appreciated.
