What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was really exciting to learn about the number of different roles you can have at Accenture in a variety of different industries - no two people seem to have the same role! Accenture seems to be in a very exciting position where it is a leader in consultancy and at the forefront of using tech innovations to lead change. It is a very impressive company for sure!

- I have advance my power point skills though the use of an Accenture specific took
- I had an introductory session on coding
- I have developed an understanding of agile working, the cloud, security and artificial intelligence
- I have further developed my communication skills by communicating with different stakeholders and also further developed my research, presentation and people skills

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everybody I met was very warm and willing to help in any way they can. Managers actively discourage working late, long hours and seem to genuinely care about their team.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I have really enjoyed my three weeks at Accenture - it has provided me with a good overview of the company and given me the opportunity to specifically connect with people who are in the industry I am most interested in. They have made me feel very welcome and valued.
