Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I get to attend lots of training as my knowledge needs to be very broad to support families, this includes external training on ACE'S and fabricated illness.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It is very well organised, I had a days induction where I met my manager and buddy and collected all my IT equipment. University is a set day every week which means it is easily manageable and I have regular 1-1 with my manager to support me

5/5
Yes I do from my buddy and manager/ mentor and other colleagues in my department they have really supported me. I haven't had any other issues so there has been no need to speak to HR

I only started my apprenticeship 2 months ago but currently it is all being run online, my tutor at university and mentor at work have regular meetings to help support me and my training and she is always contactable if I need support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It allows me to advance and do more things within my role like dealing with childrens behaviour rather then normal universal things. it also allows me to have more knowledge around how I communicate and conditions
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
