As a Business Management Summer Analyst, you act as a trusted advisor to senior members of the firm, including Senior Managing Directors.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given sufficient responsibility during my internship, but also not an overburdening amount. The managers find the right balance of responsibility and workload to give you.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

J.P. Morgan hones a very inclusive atmosphere and is a place where anyone can find groups that they associate with. Furthermore, the culture is very inclusive and everyone is willing to spare a few minutes of their time to talk to you!
