Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Calculate wages and applicable deductions/increases based on records from HR. Entering payroll info into R12.

Payroll was more or less brand new to me so I have learnt and taken on an array of new skills and knowledge.

I've never felt so secure and supported in a job role ever! There is a range of opportunities within the company and seeing internal employees grow and develop in their job roles as well as new ones is incredibly motivating
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Balfour Beatty?
Totally be yourself! Be open to new ( and scary ) opportunities that will push you out of your boundaries because that will make sure you excel in your career! Balfour Beatty is jam packed full with hard working and down to earth people so match that energy and you'll succeed!
