Basic cleaning of the workshop making sure the work shop has been swept and cleaned before the start of the working day.
Another role I have is to be on with my tradesmen doing jobs on vehicle and learning on the job

The organisation of the program is good however with the conditions of COVID has made parts of the program challenging such as collage

My trainer is good and shows and explains the situation and once the job is done recaps on it and makes sure I understand on the work I have done

With the performance of my work my trainer pushes me to be confident in myself and my work as he will check it to let me know that it is up to standards
