My daily role on a day-to-day basis consists of repairing and maintaining commercial vehicles this can be as simple as servicing or diagnosing electrical faults.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program a lot because every day is different and each day brings new challenges to over come which improved my experience and knowledge.

I learn new skills every day and improve my existing skill by repeating tasks I have already done and by carrying out new jobs that I haven’t done before.

My program is well structured and organised because during my program I have received a verity of different mentors which show various different ways to approach tasks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer and if I have any need for support I know it will be addressed and dealt with in the best manner.

When working towards qualifications my training provider made sure that I knew what I had do do to accomplish my goals and get my qualifications.
