To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the opportunity to learn and then use the skills in practice and enjoy being academic within the clinical setting.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes - Management roles, conflict resolution, communication skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Mostly good - I think initially there was a bit of a transition period getting used to new systsems as a result of COVID and changes to how the programme was offered.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

90% time good. Recently due to hospital pressures it's been harder to get time within working hours to do some of my study.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have regular monthly supervision with my tutor and he is good at sending resources there and then and giving me good encouragement.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me the time to review and reflect on things I do regulary around team and people management and makes me consider different approcahes and consolidates others.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We usually do social events in the team ie meals out, rounders etc but haven't been able to recently.
