I am Parts Supervisor at Motus Commercials Halesowen.
i run the day to day goings on of the Parts Department.
This includes, managing the staff, dealing with departmental issues, sorting old units, doing customer credits.

having come from a parts driver 3 years ago,
I have had to learn a lot of important skills fairly quickly to be able to get to the position I am now in as Supervisor.
i have always been in customer facing roles, so i have developed those existing skills to suit this particular job role.

it is very well organised.
Due to coronavirus, it has obviously impacted the tail end of the programme, where i would have liked it to have been completed earlier.
however this is through no fault of the Provider.
