Giving and receiving parts from or for customers and recording them on their jobs. I may also order items in for customers if required.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The general atmosphere between workers and customers as everyone is very happy to help any other person if it is needed.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Self-confidence. I have had many issues with confidence for multiple years and asince joining the apprenticeship, it has improved immensely.

Fairly well. I have enough time to complete actual work and also apprenticeship tasks alongside them.

As much as I need, simply put. It varies from task to tasks, but if I need help, anyone is available.
