I love it. The peoplr I work with are very supportive and I'm in an environment working with things that I enjoy.

I have increased my abilities in many different skills, such as time management, self confidence, and decision making.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is fairly flexible in terms of course work, with an end date set, but I can complete as much as I want to at a given time to keep working at a steady rate alongside it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive as much support as I need. Whenever I require help, someone is happy to help me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Just as much as is necessary. As an apprentice, I'm still expected to pull my weight, but not be perfect immediately.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps massively as it gives me more information on what my job can entail and how do deal with situations that may arise.
