Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role consists of auditing production paperwork, inputting data into the system, checking and signing off best before codes for the following days production runs, I create all photographs for Quality Attribute Standards, I amend working documents and document issue them to the relevant departments.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme that I am on. I wasn't sure whether it was the correct route for me to travel down, however I am enjoying the course and I'm looking forward to future endeavours.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Everything has been new since I started working for the Technical Department. I had spent years working on the production lines.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is structured pretty well. Due to the current situation unfolding in the world right now, the structure has changed as I'm not able to attend lectures or training weeks. All training is remote
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support, however my employers are incredible busy with there own jobs, sometimes I struggle to complete my coursework and still carry out my daily tasks sometimes.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has opened my eyes to so much more information and knowledge that I didn't know was imperative to my job role.
