Organisation isn’t alway the best from training provider. Tends to be last minute announcements etc

A lot. There’s always someone to email. My line manager is very supportive having gone through the same route as me

Minimal. You are left to your own devices and being there 1 day a week means you don’t get much face to face interaction

They’re are professional development modules twice a year, a lot of CPD, and always social activities going on in the office along with volunteering opportunities
