Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Generally an upbeat culture who want to succeed together. However, the focus on individual progress and hitting KPI’s distracted the atmosphere away from the customer. Which in my eyes should not be the case. But majorly a great team to work for.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
As a whole I found my placement both enjoyable and important in developing my skill set for future roles in this company, or in another. I was given lots of responsibility. However, the long working hours can become tedious especially when working 6 days in one week. As an intern I felt I could overcome this but I struggled at times, as the hours are pushed towards and above the legal limit.

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
This role is for an employee who is incredibly hard working. It is not sitting at an office desk all day, and it requires a get up and go attitude. If the person applying has this then yes they can and would excel greatly. However I have seen and understand why some struggle.
